Our Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment is an intensive 10-12 week program tailored specifically for those tasked with evaluating the competence of learners in actual workplace scenarios. Pre-requisites:

To ensure a productive learning environment, we require:

  • Participants to be aged 19 or older, capable of meeting the demanded standards in assessment or learning delivery contexts.
  • Access to a minimum of two active learners and their portfolios.

Course Duration & Structure:

  • Workshops: Three sessions, each lasting 3.5 hours.
    • Morning Slot: 10.00 to 13.30
    • Afternoon Slot: 14.00 to 16.30
  • On-Site Observation: One 2-hour session (Can be conducted remotely).
  • Assessment Time: 8 hours.

Accreditation
The programme is accredited via Pearsons as an Award (9 credits).

Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Pearson Edexcel Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment, encompassing:
