Dynamic Training are incredibly excited to share our Ofsted results from our recent Ofsted inspection, which ran from the 3rd - 6th of June 2025.
Our overall effectiveness was rated Good, with several areas being listed as Outstanding. We are incredibly proud of these results, which reflect the hard work, dedication, professionalism and passion of all of our staff.
We would like to thank everyone, including our partners and learners, for assisting us during our inspection, as well as for their ongoing commitment and dedication to learning and development.

Quality of Education: Good
Behaviour and Attitudes: Outstanding
Personal Development: Outstanding
Leadership and Management: Good
Apprenticeships: Good
Ofsted inspectors praised our apprentices for their enthusiasm and pride in their learning. They noted that our coaches create “a calm, productive and professional learning environment where apprentices thrive,” and that “apprentices are proud to study with Dynamic Training, feel valued and encouraged to succeed.” The report also recognised our commitment to inclusion, stating that “leaders actively support social mobility to create an inclusive workforce,” and highlighted the “high-quality resources” and “effective support” available to all our learners.
We are especially proud of our outstanding ratings in Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development. These reflect not only the professionalism and respect shown by our apprentices, but also the supportive, inclusive culture we strive to build every day.
This achievement is shared by everyone in our community, including our learners, line managers, employers, partners, and staff.

This is not just a grade; it is a celebration of our exceptional team who bring expertise, innovation, and care into every learner’s journey. It reflects the strong partnerships we have with NHS Trusts and care sector stakeholders, working collaboratively to meet national skills needs in critical areas such as healthcare science and the Healthcare support workforce.
Above all, this reflects our amazing apprentices – individuals who, in one of the most challenging sectors, demonstrate unwavering commitment and compassion every single day. They are the future of the health and care sector, and we are proud to support them to thrive.
