Care Leavers' Month Webinar 2: Trauma-Informed Training For Employers Working With Care Leavers
Dynamic Training have partnered with North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy to deliver three webinars during Care Leaver's Month, to help explore how health and care providers can support care leavers into employment.
This year, National Care Leaver's Week became National Care Leavers' Month, with the aim of giving time for the public, professionals, carers, decision-makers and the media to celebrate care leavers, explore the issues in the care system, and learn about supporting care leavers into employment.
We will be hosting three webinars during this month, alongside North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy and supported by the Moving On Up Network, each exploring different aspects of being a care leaver, and how your organisation can best support them.

Our second webinar provides an in-depth understanding of some of the significant and lasting impacts of trauma, and how health and care employers can identify these within the workplace. Speakers from both Dynamic Training, and North West London Health & Social Care Skills Academy provide an informed view on care leavers and their unique perspectives, to help your own organisation make the best decisions with your own care leavers.
