Dynamic Training care deeply about celebrating the successes of our learners and line managers, and love to celebrate their achievements as they progress in their careers.
For this reason, Dynamic Training are proud to launch our new Dynamic Heroes awards programme, open to all current and past apprentices and line managers of Dynamic Training!
Below you can find a full breakdown of our awards process, as well as the nomination form for you to submit either yourself or someone else for the awards.
Who Are Dynamic Heroes?
All of our apprentices are heroes, as are their line managers, as they progress their own and other's journeys towards excellence. At Dynamic Training, we are proud of all of our learners in their varied roles and workplaces. We see their dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and view each of them as heroes.
You are a Dynamic Hero if you...
- Show a passion and commitment for developing into their role, or helping others to do the same.
- Are hard working and dedicated to your job role, making the most out of every opportunity.
- Make a meaningful impact in their place of work.
These awards aim to showcase our heroes, by celebrating their successes or signs of development and growth. We hope that, by showcasing our heroes, we can help inspire many more apprentices and workplaces in future to make the most of their apprenticeships.

How We Celebrate Our Dynamic Heroes
All Dynamic Heroes who are successfully nominated will receive an online certificate from the Dynamic Training team, helping to commemorate their achievement and giving them a reminder of their own successes and development.
Dynamic Training will also reach out for opportunities to further celebrate their nomination on our website and social media, with either video or written interviews. We will discuss their time as an apprentice or line manager, and talk about their own, unique story and achievements.
Awards Categories
There are currently two different categories of awards which can be handed out, depending on the role of the nominated Dynamic Hero.
Apprentice Nomination:
A learner who has shown development and growth during their apprenticeship.
Line Manager Nomination:
A line manager who has shown care and enthusiasm to support and develop an apprentice during their time on programme.
Innovation And Impact:
A learner or line manager who has helped drive impact and innovation within their workplace.
Who Can Nominate A Hero?
A hero can be nominated by any of the following individuals...
- Apprentices themselves
- A Line Manager of an apprentice
- A colleague of an apprentice or line manager
- Workplace mentors or instructors
- Workplace education leads
- Apprenticeship leads
- Dynamic Training's own skills & development coaches
- Dynamic Training's functional skills tutors
