Inclusion at Dynamic Training
Inclusive by design. Personalised by practice.
At Dynamic Training, inclusion is not an add-on it is embedded in everything we do.
We believe the most effective training is shaped by the voices of those it directly affects, and this is central to how we deliver inclusive practice. We are proud to be working in partnership with the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) to further develop and strengthen inclusive practices across our sector. This enables us to raise awareness, build capability, and ensure that every learner and employer benefits from an environment where individuals can succeed.
Learning That Works For Every Individual
We recognise that every learner is different with unique strengths, experiences and ways of learning.
That’s why we:
- Adapt and personalise programmes to meet individual needs.
- Provide flexible delivery models to support.
- Offer additional support and reasonable adjustments where required.
- Create safe, supportive environments where learners feel confident to grow.
Our focus is not just on achievement, but on ensuring each learner has the confidence, skills and support to thrive in the workplace.

Championing Neurodiversity
We actively embrace neurodiversity across our organisation.
- We employ and support individuals with a range of neurodivergent strengths and experiences.
- We train our teams to deliver inclusive, understanding and responsive support.
- We advocate for inclusive practice with employers, helping them to build environments where all staff can succeed.
We believe that different ways of thinking bring innovation, insight and strength to the workplace and should be recognised and celebrated.
Creating Opportunity And Widening Access
We are committed to ensuring that our programmes are accessible to individuals from all backgrounds, including those who may face additional barriers.
This includes:
- Supporting learners who may need additional guidance or flexibility.
- Promoting opportunities for individuals entering the workforce for the first time.
- Working with employers to create inclusive recruitment and development pathways.
Where relevant, learners may also benefit from additional financial support, such as:
- Care leaver bursaries, which provide funding directly to the learner to help them sustain their training and succeed in their role.
- Additional learner support funding, that we can access to ensure our apprenticeship programmes are tailored to the needs of our learners, and the support can be freely given.
These types of support help to remove barriers and ensure that more individuals can access and benefit from high-quality training.
Co-Delivering Meaningful, Inclusive Training
We are proud to deliver The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism, working in partnership with individuals who bring lived experience into the learning environment.
This training is co-delivered alongside people with a learning disability and autistic individuals, ensuring that learning is grounded in real experiences, authentic perspectives and practical understanding.
Through this approach, we have:
- Strengthened how we embed person-centred practice across all programmes.
- Deepened our understanding of communication, inclusion and reasonable adjustments.
- Continued to evolve how we support both learners and employers in creating inclusive environments.
This has been a powerful learning journey for our teams, shaping how we design and deliver training to be more responsive, more inclusive and more impactful.
Working With Employers To Build Inclusive Workplaces
We are proud to be a Disability Confident employer, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where individuals with disabilities and long-term health conditions can access opportunities, thrive and progress.
We are also a member of the British Association for Supported Employment (BASE) and work in partnership with BASE to further strengthen our approach to inclusive employment and workforce development.
We also work in partnership with organisations to:
- Develop inclusive workforce practices.
- Support managers to understand and respond to individual learning needs.
- Build diverse, capable and confident teams.
- Align training with both people and service needs.
Through this approach, we help employers to not only meet their workforce needs but to build workplaces where people feel valued, supported and able to perform at their best.
