Quality Practitioner Level 4 Apprenticeship
8 - 14 Months
The Level 4 Quality Practitioner apprenticeship is designed for professionals who support, monitor and improve the quality of services within healthcare and adult social care settings. The programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to drive quality assurance, governance, compliance, audit activity, risk management and service improvement.
Unlike many leadership programmes, this apprenticeship focuses on the systems, processes and improvement activities that underpin outstanding care and service delivery. Apprentices learn how to analyse quality data, conduct audits, investigate issues, manage risks, engage stakeholders and implement meaningful improvements.
