The Pearson Edexcel Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Adults) for England is for learners who work in the Health and Social Care Sector.


It gives learners the opportunity to:

  • develop and demonstrate competence in areas of Health and Social Care
  • develop technical skills and knowledge and understanding related to the specified job roles in the Health and Social Care sector
  • have existing skills recognised
  • achieve a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification
  • develop their own personal growth and engagement in learning.

This qualification is based on the National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Health and Social Care, which were set and designed by Skills for Care (SfC), the Sector Skills Council for the sector.

Blended Learning Course Delivery

We offer a bespoke programme based on individual needs and recognition of any prior learning via our e-learning platform with face to face meetings as required.

  • Learning Disability

Funding

Funding is available for employees in the Health & Social Care sector to upskill and obtain a nationally recognised qualification.

Funding criteria
Full funding is available for employees aged 19 - 23 to gain their first level 2 full qualification.
For employees aged 24 and over, the level 2 full qualification is co-funded and a contribution of £800, by either employer or employee is required
