Level 2 English and maths
The apprenticeship programme will be delivered as blended learning. Blended learning is a combination of both online and face to face delivery. You will need to have good internet access and a suitable device such as a smart phone, laptop, or tablet to work on. Microsoft Teams is used for coaching sessions and ZOOM is currently used for taught sessions. Please ensure that you have access to ZOOM and Microsoft Teams and are permitted to use these applications in the workplace in order to complete your training.
You will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of evidence of your underpinning knowledge and training through regular assessment. Dynamic Training makes use of video and audio technology wherever possible to capture reflective and holistic evidence as it occurs. This includes feedback from line managers, direct reports, peers and customers/stakeholders through 360 degree.
The programme incorporates:

The topic/coverage of the project will be agreed between you, your employer and Dynamic Training, and will be of benefit to the business. The portfolio of evidence gathered with Dynamic Training will support you towards completion of this project.
Should you be without level 2 English and maths, this will have to be achieved through Dynamic Training Functional Skills support. You will also be offered the opportunity to achieve Functional Skills Level 2 ICT.

Your employer will make the decision as to when you are ready to undertake the end point assessment. In order to be put forward for end point assessment, you will need to have achieved the key requirements of your apprenticeship.
The end point assessment is undertaken by an independent assessment organisation chosen by your employer and comprises of five components, knowledge test, structured competency based interview, assessment of portfolio of evidence, assessment of the work based project & professional discussion.
