Safeguarding and Equality

Safeguarding

The Government's Every Child Matters (Safeguarding Young People) Agenda requires all organisations involved with services to children and young people to protect them from harm and to help them achieve what they want in life. As a leading a work based learning provider Dynamic Training UK undertakes to make every effort to ensure all its learners are:

  • provided with a safe learning environment, both in the work place and our training centres;
  • informed on issues relating to the five outcomes identified in the Agenda including safe practices which prevent harm, abuse and maltreatment;
  • involved in the continuous review and improvement of the services provided by Dynamic Training UK Ltd.
